Five Things: GOP Breakfast, Stone Soup Supper

South County GOP Breakfast at Pals: Monthly breakfast to share developments and information regarding GOP politics in South County. Breakfast "travels” from month to month – and this is East Greenwich's turn. All are welcome. Full buffet breakfast is available for $10. From 8 to 10 a.m. at Pal’s Restaurant.
Free Soup Supper at First Lutheran: To mark their Homeless Awareness Weekend, First Lutheran Church is providing a complimentary Soup Supper tonight from 4:30 to 7:00 p.m. All are welcome.
Homelessness Awareness Camp Out: Each year, youth at the First Lutheran Church have a camp out in January to raise public awareness about homelessness. This year’s event will take place from noon until 9 p.m. today. In the evening, the public is invited to Soup Night, which will feature a variety of soups, breads, and desserts. Everyone is also invited to the 5 p.m. worship service and to both worship services on Sunday, at 8 and 9 a.m. Donations of blankets, sheets, comforters, along with any monetary contributions will all benefit the Rhode Island Family Shelter.
Bridal Trunk Show: Couture Bridal is holding a bridal gown trunk show featuring gowns from both David Tutera and Sophia Tolli through Sunday. Appointments are recommended but are not required.

Spring Soccer Sign Ups Open: East Greenwich Soccer Association announces registration for the 2013 Spring Recreation House League is now open. In addition to U6 & U8 age groups, EGSA is also creating a new U5 division for the youngest players. They will be running clinic style practices for all the teams.
