Five Things: Lunchtime Concert, Brennan Tribute
Your guide for life in East Greenwich today, Aug. 14.

Weather: Get ready for a nice stretch of great weather! If weather.com is to be believed, temperatures will be in the 70s or low 80s for the next week or so. Enjoy!
Brown Bag Concert @ Town Hall: The music returns today at lunchtime with the Ken Vario Quartet. Bring your lunch and enjoy the open-air concert.
"JB" Celebrated: John βJBβ Brennan, who died recently,Β was a member of the East Greenwich Fireman's Association and American Legion Post #15. In addition, he was a member of the U.S. Air Force Reserves and a long-time senior case manager with the Justice Assistance in Providence. JB was a true renaissance man with many interests and a legion of devoted friends. Since he was a music lover, an evening of karaoke is a fitting tribute for this friend of many. All are invited to stop by and share a song or a story. For more information, please contact the American Legion at (401) 884-0000.
