Memorial Day Parade: The town’s annual tribute to those who have served in the armed forces and are no longer with us steps off from Academy Field at 10 a.m. and makes its way over to First Avenue, down Main Street and ends at Town Hall for, among other events, the recitation of the Gettysburg Address. Don’t miss it!
CCK Supper: Once a month, Christ Community Kitchen takes place at St. Luke's Church (usually, but not always, the last Monday of the month). It's a community meal open to anyone interested in good food and fellowship. No religious affiliation is required. St. Luke's and EG United Methodist Church share in the cooking and serving duties, typically rotating every other month. For Memorial Day, they will be grilling. From 5 to 6:30 p.m.
