Benny Needs Some Special TLC

The gray male domestic short hair cat is available for adoption at the East Providence Animal Control Center.

A grey domestic short hair cat named Benny is available for adoption at the East Providence Animal Control Center.

Benny came to the animal shelter after an East Providence police officer spotted the cat lying on the ground. The officer thought it might have been struck by a motor vehicle.

A veterinarian determined that Benny was suffering from a severe inner ear infection. This illness caused the cat some balance troubles; he couldn’t stand or walk properly.

Benny has been treated and cleared of the infection, but the cat still has a bit of a tilt. The cat is getting better and can now stand and walk when it wants to.

Benny is described as a special case. So, the cat needs someone to help it through a tough time while giving it some TLC … even if the cat looks at you on an angle. The cat is neutered and only requires that its vaccinations be updated.
