EP Woman Charged with Child Endangerment for Leaving Baby Alone in Car at Wrentham Outlets
Police said the 8-month-old was left alone in the car for about 10 minutes.

An East Providence woman has been charged with child endangerment for leaving an 8-month-old baby alone in her car at the Wrentham Outlets in Massachusetts on Tuesday.
Wrentham police said Yao Liu, of East Providence, was arrested after police responded to a 911 call at around 12:30 p.m. reporting that a baby was in the back seat of a car and crying.
Police said the Liu exited a store as witnesses were waiting for police to arrive.

The baby reportedly was left alone in the car as the mother shopped for about 10 minutes.
Liu was also cited for parking in a handicapped spot, police said, and accompanied the baby to Norwood Hospital for an evaluation.
