Gary M. Toolin, 57, of East Providence, died May 2, 2013 at Rhode Island Hospital. Born in Fall River, MA, and raised in Warren, a son of the late James and Mary (Olive) Toolin.

Arrangements are with Smith Funeral & Memorial Services, 8 Schoolhouse Road, Warren, where family will receive friends, Wednesday, May 8, from 9 to 11 am.
The funeral service will be held at 11 am in the funeral home, followed by burial in Gate of Heaven Cemetery, East Providence.
