Trash Pickups Change for Holiday
Your trash will be collected a day later next week if your pickup day is Thursday or Friday.
The Fourth of July holiday next week will push back trash collection for anyone whose usual pickup days are Thursday and Friday.
The East Providence Public Works Department said that the usual Thursday pickup this week will be on Friday, July 5, and the usual Friday pickup will be moved to Saturday, July 6. Collections on all other days will remain the same.
Regular collections for homeowners will get back to normal on July 11 and 12. You should have trash and recyclables at the curbside by 6 am.
