Since there will be no rabies clinic in Foster this Spring, please come in to the Town Hall (or send in by mail) your renewal of your dog’s license, or to get a new one if you are a new resident or if you have a new dog (puppies do not have to be registered until they are six months old).

You will need to provide proof of rabies vaccination in order to obtain a license. Each license is $8.00 cash or check. After April 30th there will be a $5 late fee added.

The Town Hall is open Monday—Thursday 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. If sending by mail please include a self-addressed stamped envelope so that we can mail your rabies certificate and the license back to you. The address is Dog License, Foster Town Hall, 181 Howard Hill Road, Foster, RI 02825. You may also use the outside tax payment drop box.  Please call 401-392-9200  if you have any questions.
