Middletown To Test CodeRED System Wednesday
All users of the CodeRED system will be called on Wednesday as part of a system test

The town of Middletown will test its CodeRED emergency notification system on Wednesday.
All residents and business included in the database will be called, beginning at 10:00 a.m. The Middletown Police Department encourages residents and businesses to verify their information in the CodeRed database. Residents and business owners that are not listed in the database, will not receive a call.
This test provides the town's emergency service personnel the chance to operate the system as if there's been a community wide disaster.
Those without internet access may call 401-842-6500 x7016, Monday through Friday from 8am to 4pm. Callers will be required to provide a street address and a primary phone number. Additional phone numbers, email and text addresses may also be entered.
Questions or concerns should be directed to Lt. Robert S. Nutt at rnutt@middletownri.com
