Middletown Woman Arrested for Crack Cocaine Possession
The following arrest was reported by the Newport Police Department. An arrest does not indicate a conviction.
A 22-year-old Middletown woman was arrested Tuesday morning during a drug search operation conducted by the Newport Police Vice Unit.
Felicia Neal, 22, of 89 Rogers Lane, Middletown, was charged with felony possession of drug charge.
For two months, the unit conducted an investigation involving street level crack cocaine sales out of 41 Chapel Terrace. Police made two purchases from the residence and obtained a search warrant on Oct. 31. When they searched the building, Neal allegedly handed over 2.4 grams of the drug.
