MPD: Teens Paint Gang Calls on KVH Truck
The following arrests were reported by the Middletown Police Department. An arrest does not indicate a conviction.

A 17-year-old Middletown teenager was arrested last Wednesday for allegedly vandalizing a KVH work truck. Video surveillance captured two teens that painted the word “SUWOOP, which is a gang call used by the Bloods.
The boys were idenfitied as residents of a group home across the street from KVH.
Both the boys had a red flag out of their rear pant pocket that was to represent the Bloods gang, said police.
Sean Skipper, 35, of 976 Chalkstone Ave, Providence, was arrested on Monday night at 10:45 p.m. for allegedly striking Middletown woman in the face, which split her lip. Â Â The victim told police they were at a birthday party and she was tired so went home and fell asleep on her couch. Â The door was left open and she woke up to Skipper trying to lay on top of her, she told police.
Kristopher Mancini, 22, of 249 Old Mill Lane, Portsmouth was arrested on Sunday at 11:15 a.m. on a bench warrant charge.
