The Middletown Fire Department welcomed six new probationary firefighters this morning in a small ceremony from Town Hall. From left, Town Clerk Wendy J.W. Marshall swore in Zachary Smus, Brian Salemi, Brennan Martin, Kenneth “Jake” Davenport, Christopher Bowley and Michael Boscio. During the socially distanced event, family, friends and town staff saluted the six, who are the newest additions to the department.
