What Would You Improve in Middletown?

We love our town, but how could we improve?

Entering into a new year is a time when individuals evaluate their goals and lifestyles, but what about Middletown as a community?

If you were up to you, what what would you improve in Middletown?

When asked that question on Middletown Patch Facebook , readers contributed a myriad of idea from shopping and the beaches to public works and traffic.

“We need bowling or mini golf or something to do,” wrote Lindsey Soko.

Mike Barbas said Middletown used to have mini-golf and two bowling alleys, but they were not popular.

Johnny Lambert suggested we focus on the schools.  “MHS needs a facelift. These schools in the Midwest are top shelf. So are the athletic fields.”

A few people said Target should open in Middletown and Alaina Ilko Ferris suggested we replace  Stop & Shop with a Wegmans.

What about you? If it were up to you, what would you improve in Middletown?
