5 THINGS: Irish Music, Budget Sessions and Tea

Here are the (more than) Five Things for Wednesday, March 13, 2013:

Oh, what coincidental timing! You can celebrate Ireland in story and song 7 p.m. tonight at the Peace Dale Library. Celtic musicians will be on hand for the free program.

• The South Kingstown Town Council has a work session with the school committee at 7 p.m.
• The Narragansett School Committee has a budget work session at 7 p.m.

The issue is that lately, people have been e-mailing me, and depending on the time of the day, it can take me anywhere from 30 minutes or 30 hours to get to the item, unfortunately. Oh no! Maybe there seriously aren’t that many events today, given that it’s my unbirthday. As a result, our events calendar for today is a bit barren.
