Charlestown Man Indicted for Alleged Sexual Assault in South Kingstown
Indictment charges Henry Cabrera, 39, with two counts of second-degree sexual assault for crimes allegedly committed in 2013.

SOUTH KINGSTOWN, RI—A 39-year-old Charlestown man has been indicted on charges of second-degree sexual assault for alleged crimes that occurred in South Kingstown in 2013.
Henry Cabrera was indicted by the Washington County Grand Jury charging him with two counts of second-degree sexual assault, according to the state attorney general's office. The indictment was reported out on Friday.
Cabrera allegedly assaulted a woman between June 30 and Sept. 30 of 2013, according to the Rhode Island State Police, the investigating agency.
