The 11th annual South County Photo Contest is now taking entries, with a deadline of 5 p.m. August 8.

Photography should capture the essence of Charlestown, Coventry, East Greenwich, Exeter, Hopkinton, Narragansett, North Kingstown, Richmond, South Kingstown, Westerly and West Greenwich, during spring, summer, winter and fall, showcasing the compelling people, places and activities of South County.

Prizes will be awarded to the top eight photographs. The South County Tourism council sponsors the contest. For an entry form, see the attached PDF, or visit the council’s website here.
