Kinesics Studio Opens Doors at South County Commons
Kinesics offers more than a dozen different services to promote mind and body fitness and wellness.

Kinesics Studio, located in South County Commons, recently celebrated its grand opening with a Ribbon Cutting Ceremony hosted by Southern Rhode Island Chamber of Commerce.
Established as an integrative medical-fitness studio, Kinesics Studio is dedicated to integral mind, body, and medical fitness, as well as wellness.
“We want to be the community’s premiere resource for total wellness,” said managing member and founder Anael Sawyer, adding that Kinesics also offers an extensive program for seniors, which includes everything from senior motion to pilates and yoga.

With more than 30 years of experience as a fitness and mind/body professional, Sawyer has put together a team of highly educated and experienced individuals to deliver comprehensive offerings of Pilates, Pilates Reformer / Apparatus, Xtend Barre, Barre, Physical Therapy, Yoga, TRX, and Massage.
From these professionals, clients can enjoy a unique combination of services, including Physiotherapy, Pilates, Xtend Barre, Psychosomatic Movement, Tai-Chi, Yoga, and Sports Training, in an environment that is fun, inspiring, and challenging.
