Langevin To Spring For Pizza

SOUTH KINGSTOWN, RI — U.S. Cong. Jim Langevin (D-RI) will host "Lunch with Langevin" on Saturday. The event is open to all Rhode Islanders and offers the voters a chance to ask the Congressman questions one-on-one, apply for help with problems and share a slice of pizza. According to his office, besides Langevin, caseworkers will also be at the lunch. They'll also be ready to assist.

“Hearing directly from Rhode Islanders helps me better represent the Second District in Washington,” said Langevin. “The Lunch with Langevin initiative continues to be an excellent forum to promote a productive exchange of thoughts and ideas with my constituents, and I’m looking forward to another opportunity to meet with them in Wakefield on Saturday.”

The lunch is from 12:30 to 2:30 p.m. at Filippou’s Twisted Pizza, 28 Old Tower Road, Wakefield 02879.
