According to police, they were called to McMenaman-Young’s home by one of his roommates, a 21-year-old man. The man told police that McMenaman-Young had kicked him in the head while he was on the stairs. The victim told police that the dispute stemmed from him telling a third roommate and his girlfriend to be quiet.

Police said when questioned, McMenaman-Young confirmed kicking the victim, telling police that the victim wouldn’t mind his own business and leave him alone. As a result, McMenaman-Young was arrested and transported to police headquarters.
