College Student Charged With Domestic Disorderly Conduct
Zachary J. Troy, 20, of 6 Catalpa St., Norwalk, CT., was arrested at about 5:28 p.m. and charged with domestic disorderly conduct. Police said he is a student at Southern Connecticut State University.

According to police, they received a 911 hang-up from a home on Oak Hill Road. A dispatcher called the number back and heard a disturbance in the background between a man and a woman.
Police said that according to a family member of Troy and several witnesses, he became angry with them during a conversation, and came close to hitting someone before another person intervened.

According to police, a traffic stop of Troy’s car was made on Point Judith Road near Sunset Farm. Based on the witness statements, he arrested without incident and charged with domestic disorderly conduct.
South Kingstown Man Cited for Expired License
Peter Joseph D’Ambra, 56, of 948 Matunuck Beach Road, Apt. #2, South Kingstown, was cited at about 11:16 p.m. on Feb. 6 and charged with driving with an expired license.
According to police, an officer saw a tan Nissan driven by D’Ambra with a headlight out. A traffic stop was made at the Cumberland Farms on Point Judith Road.
A background check of D’Ambra revealed that his license had expired on July 28, 2011. As a result, he was issued a summons for Fourth Division District Court for Feb. 14. The car was left at the store, as police allowed D’Ambra to make arrangements for its retrieval.
