According to police, they responded to Pancho O’Malley’s after receiving a 911 hang-up from it. Police said that when they arrived, a bouncer told them that Parillo had been kicked out after throwing a pitcher of ice at a bartender, but he was still loitering around the parking lot and swearing at customers.

Police said that they asked Parillo for his side of the story, and noted that he was too intoxicated to speak, and had to support his weight against a cruiser to stand. After obtaining a statement from the bartender to corroborate the bouncer’s account, Parillo was arrested.
