According to police, a family member told them that Johnson was breaking glass upstairs in an apartment, and that she was in fear of him.
Police said they investigated and found a Tom Brady jersey ripped in half at the house. Police said that Johnson told them that he believed he could have been a professional athlete.

Police noted that this was Johnson’s third arrest for erratic behavior in the past year. Police said that Johnson disrobed while in the cell block, and tried to carve his name into the wall with the zipper from his shorts.
According to police, Johnson was held overnight until he was transported to South County Hospital for treatment at about 9 a.m.
However, police said that at about 1 p.m. on June 25, they received a report of Johnson back at a Clara Lane home. Police said that Johnson had left the hospital before being committed to a mental health facility.
Police said they were able to talk to Johnson and the staff of the mental facility, explaining that Johnson became antsy after having to wait more than 24 hours at the hospital for a bed at the facility to open up. The facility workers said they would try to expedite a bed for Johnson, given his arrest history.
But police said that Johnson escaped from South County Hospital at about 3:45 p.m. He was caught by South Kingstown police with the help of Narragansett police near Java Madness.
However, Johnson then left the hospital again at about 6:30 p.m. He was located in woods near Seaport Drive and Karen Ann Drive, and taken into custody at about 6:50 p.m.
Police noted that because of his mental instability and repeated escape attempts, he was placed into four-point restraints. Additional charges were not filed.
Richmond Man Cited for Public Urination
Francis J. Glawson, 21, of 2 Bridge View Drive, Richmond, was cited at about 8:15 p.m. on June 24 and charged with public urination.
According to police, an officer monitoring the unloading of the last Block Island ferry of the night observed Glawson and another man stumbling off the boat. The officer said both had their shirts off, and walked past the police cruiser.
Police said that after Glawson was about 30 feet from the cruiser, he urinated into the nearby water. When asked why he was doing this, Glawson allegedly told police that he was drunk and needed to pee.
Glawson was cited for public urination and told to leave the area.
