RI Nor'Easter Latest: More Snow For Newport?
Narragansett and the West Bay are expected to see 2 inches from the storm, but Newport is looking at 4 inches. But the forecast could change
NARRAGANSETT, RI—The newest nor'easter has baffled forecasters so far. But according to the latest information from the National Weather Service, Providence could see between 2 and 7 inches; Newport will likely collect 4 to 6 inches. Narragansett and the West Bay are expected to see 2 inches from the storm. But the forecast could change. The coast will see some snow on Tuesday, but the nor'easter doesn't start until Wednesday afternoon. The National Weather Service released this list of probable snow totals between today and Thursday.
