RI Weather: Thousands Without Power Tuesday

COVENTRY, RI -- As of 8:30 p.m., more than 11,000 Rhode Islanders have no power, National Grid says. That number's down from the more than 22,000 at noontime. Almost 6,000 are in Washington County, including 1,497 in North Kingstown.
