Updated: Silver Alert Issued for Missing RI Man

NARRAGANSETT, RI—A Silver Alert has been issued for a missing man who was last seen in the Rumford section of East Providence.
Police are looking for Harold MacKinney, 81, who was expected to return to Narragansett but never arrived. He was last seen on Tuesday at around 5 p.m.

Police said MacKinney suffers from dementia and high blood pressure and his family believes he might be driving to Florida.
MacKinney stands about 6-feet, 1-inch tall and weighs about 170 pounds. He has gray hair and brown eyes and was wearing a white Polo shirt, khaki pants or shorts and sneakers. He was driving a black 2007 Cadillac DTS with Florida registration No. 9473.
