Wakefield Man Charged With License, Other Violations
Christopher R. Flynn, 33, of 265 South Road, Wakefield, was arrested at about 10:50 p.m. on Aug. 9 and charged with driving with a suspended license.
According to police, an officer familiar with Flynn from previous arrests saw him driving a Honda Accord away from the Ravi Food Mart. A background check confirmed that Flynn didn’t have a valid license, and a traffic stop was made on MacArthur Boulevard.
Police noted that the car’s plates didn’t match the vehicle, but Flynn provided them with a bill of sale from June 28. Police arrested Flynn for the license violation.
According to police, Flynn said he couldn’t pay the fines to reinstate his license because he owed more than $5,000 in child support. Police noted that because Flynn was due in court on Aug. 10 anyway, he was held overnight for arraignment at Fourth Division District Court.
