NOTICE is hereby given that a Public Hearing by and before the Zoning Board of Review of the Town of Narragansett is scheduled for Thursday, December 19, 2024, at 6:30 p.m. at the Narragansett Town Hall, 25 Fifth Avenue, to consider and act upon the following applications:
APPEAL-Durkin, Plat J, Lot 13, 134 Sand Hill Cove Road of a Notice of Violation of the Town’s zoning ordinances issued by the Zoning Official.

Champlin (continued), Plat V, Lot 15, 556 Point Judith Road, for relief under Chapter 731 of the Code of Ordinances of the Town of Narragansett, entitled ‘Zoning’, specifically Variances from the Dimensional Regulations (Section 6.4), to demolish the existing garage and construct an additional attached single-family dwelling, creating a 2-family dwelling, at the above referenced property.
O’Dell, Plat M, Lot 167-81, 25 Shore Road, for relief under Chapter 731 of the Code of Ordinances of the Town of Narragansett, entitled ‘Zoning’, specifically a Variance from the Breakwater Village Special District – Dimensional Regulations (Section 4.8.1.5), to validate the existing right-side landing and steps as built, at the above referenced property.

Said petitions are on file in the office of Community Development in the Town Hall and available for review during regular office hours. Individuals requesting interpreter services for the hearing impaired must notify the Department of Community Development at 401-782-0632, 48-hours in advance of the hearing date.
