Due to the statewide lifeguard shortage, South Kingstown Town Beach operation will be suspended Monday, August 30 – Friday, September 3. There will be no lifeguards on duty, swimming will be at your own risk. Limited facilities will be available during this time. Regular Beach Operations resume on Labor Day weekend, Saturday, September 4 – Monday, September 6th. Town Beach closes for the season after Labor Day.
