5th Grade North Kingstown Student Charged With Making False Bomb Threat: Report
Police evacuate a school bus heading to Quidnessett Elementary School in North Kingstown, because of a false bomb threat.

NORTH KINGSTOWN, RI — A fifth grade student at Quidnessett Elementary School was reportedly arrested Monday morning after police said he made a false bomb threat on a school bus.
Police told WPRI 12 the student said he had an explosive device in his backpack, which led to the bus being evacuated and the bomb squad called. According to police, nothing was found, and the student was charged with falsely reporting the placing of a bomb.
