Fire Sunday Night On Callahan Road

NORTH KINGSTOWN, RI — Crews responded to a fire Sunday night around 8:13 p.m. No one was hurt, fire Chief Scott Kettelle said. The property is an industrial warehouse with multiple tenants. It is located in Quonset.

"It was a large warehouse building," he said. "The fire was contained by sprinklers." But there was a lot of smoke. The last crews left the area around 1 a.m. There was no issue about hazardous materials, he said.

"It was all dry goods."
