State Police Reports & Legal Logs: DUI, Possession and a Warrant
A collection of various North Kingstown-related arrests made by RI State Police. The following information does not indicate a conviction.

Wickford Barracks
- At 6:57 p.m. on May 24, Troopers arrested John Cole, 40, of 2 Cattail Ln., North Kingstown, RI, for a Second District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear and Pay on the charge of Driving on a Suspended License originating from the Rhode Island State Police- Portsmouth Barracks. The arrest was the result of motor vehicle stop on Post Rd. in the Town of North Kingstown. Cole was transported to the Wickford Barracks where he was processed, arraigned by Justice of the Peace Robinson and released after posting surety bail.
- On May 28, at 11:10 a.m. Troopers arrested Elizabeth A. Decelles, 34, of 434 Devil's Foot Rd., North Kingstown, RI, for 1) Obstructing an Officer in the Execution of Duty, 2.) Driving with a Suspended License, 3.) Possession of Schedule I (Hydrocodone,) and 4.) 4th District Court Warrant for Failure to Appear/ Ability to Pay on the Charge of Obstructing a Police Officer originating from the North Kingstown PD. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Davisville Rd. in the Town of North Kingstown. Decelles was transported to the Wickford Barracks, processed and later transported to Third District Court.
- At 12:12 a.m. on June 1, Troopers arrested Andrew Brown, 21, of 104 Hickory Dr., North Kingstown, RI, for Driving Under the Influence of Liquor/Drugs – 1st Offense (BAC >.15). The chemical test results are as follows: Phase I - .181 / Phase II - .186. The arrest was the result of motor vehicle stop on Route 95 in the City of Warwick by troopers assigned to a DUI Patrol. Brown was transported to the Wickford Barracks where he was processed and held overnight pending a special arraignment at the Wickford Barracks.
