Teen Fired Pellet Gun At School Bus: North Kingstown Police Say
No one was injured, police Capt. Paul Barry said.

NORTH KINGSTOWN, RI — A teen was arrested after he fired a pellet gun at a school bus. According to police Capt. Paul Barry, no one was hurt. The youngster's name is not being released because he is a juvenile.
Dr. Phil Auger, schools superintendent, said the incident happened Monday afternoon shortly after the bus left Fishing Cove Elementary.
"It was right after the first stop" he said around Camp Avenue. The shot shattered a glass window over seats where some children were riding. They were hit by the glass but not hurt. The bus driver got the bus away, called police and checked the children's condition. The police responded fast and found the teen with the pellet gun. He was arrested.
