North Smithfield Police Seize Marijuana, $36,000 In Cash

NORTH SMITHFIELD, RI βA local man faces felony charges after police searched his apartment and found two pounds of marijuana, 70 milliliters of marijuana oil, and more than $36,000 in cash.
Justin Murray, 25, is charged with three counts of possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance after North Smithfield police on August 3 executed a search warrant at his home at 10 Railroad Street, Apartment 164W.
Murray was taken into custody and arraigned at 3rd District Court where he was ordered held as a bail violator on an unrelated possession charge, according to a news release from North Smithfield Police Capt. Stephen Riccitelli.
