PAWTUCKET — Rhode Island State Police on Monday afternoon surrounded a silver sedan on Broadway near the Massachusetts line and took two men into custody, WJAR-TV reports. Police approached the car with their guns drawn at around 2 p.m. A section of Broadway (Rt. 1) was shut down as officers searched the car.
