  2. The town of Portsmouth continues to turn a shade of violet this week. Project Purpleis being held throughout town to shed a light on substance abuse. As part of the campaign, many Portsmouth businesses and organization are decorating their buildings in purple. Are you taking part?
  3. As part of Project Purple, West Main Pizza will give a free soda drink to any dine-in customer wearing purple this week. 
  4. Mark your calendars to Celebrate Chinese New Year this Thursday. The Chinese New Year happens this Friday, Jan. 31.
