Portsmouth Little League Golf Tournament (Monday, Columbus Day)
PLL will host its first golf tournament on Monday, Oct. 14, Columbus Day. The cost is $125 per golfer. All proceeds will go to support youth baseball
and softball in Portsmouth.
Blessing of the Animals and Pet Food Drive
Amicable Church in Tiverton will host a "Blessing of the Animals" service this coming Sunday at the church. All are invited to this community event, along with their four footed, finned, furry or feather pets for a special blessing by Rev. Bill Sterrett. In lieu of a pet, those attending may bring a photo of a pet or a favorite stuffed animal.
Haunted Trail in Portsmouth
The Haunted Trail at the Carr Point Recreation Area opens this weekend in Portsmouth! Make sure to bring your kids for a spooky ride, as well as refreshments. For more information, call MWR at 401-841- 3127.
