Aug. 7

Lauren Ellen Nortz, 37, of Portsmouth, was arrested at 6:31 p.m. at Park Avenue on a warrant as a fugitive from justice.

James Michael Grasselli, 51, of Middletown, was stopped at 8:55 p.m. on Sandy Point Avenue at East Main Road and charged with Driving under the influence of alcohol, first offense; and Refusal to submit to a chemical test.

Aug. 8

Jeffrey Pires, 40, of Warren, was stopped at 11:36 a.m. on West Main Road at the Melville School and arrested on a warrant.

Joseph Milton Jennings, 60, of Newport, was stopped at 8:39 p.m. on East Main Road at Crossing Court. He was charged with Driving under the influence of alcohol, first offense; and Refusal to submit to a chemical test.

Aug. 9

Gerald John Pratt, 60, of Portsmouth, was arrested at 11:50 a.m. on Child Street and charged with Domestic vandalism, malicious injury to property.

Aug. 11

Jamie Lee Estrella, 33, of Middletown, was arrested at 1:26 a.m. on West Main Road at Lehigh Park and charged with Driving under the influence, first offense; and refusal to submit to a chemical test.

Marques Gore, 27, of Newport, was arrested at 2:59 a.m. at the Newport Police Department. He was charges with possession of a stolen vehicle/parts; driving under the influence, first offense; obstructing an officer; resisting legal or illegal arrest; driving without a license or with an expired license; and refusal to submit to a chemical test.

Aug. 11

Gregory Alexander Maguire, 24, of Middletown, was stopped at 3:52 p.m. on West Main Road at the Mobil Xtra Mart on a bench warrant.

Shawn Michael Dunlea, 31, of Manchester, N.H., was stopped at 7 p.m. on Corys Lane at the Portsmouth Abbey Ice Rink. He was charged with Driving under the influence and refusal to submit to a chemical test.

Aug. 12

Kawane Montre Ramsey, 25, of Portsmouth, was arrested at 3:57 p.m. on Worden Street and charged with Domestic simple assault or battery.

Aug. 13

Ryan Willard Bartell, 22, of Portsmouth, was arrested on a bench warrant at 3:21 p.m. at the Richtmyer Apartment House on Bristol Ferry Road.
