Jose Orlando Gomez, 51, of Providence, and Dawn Marie Greene, 37, of Middletown, were arrested at 5:16 p.m. at Portsmouth Town Hall. He was charged with Domestic Simple assault or battery. She was charged with Disorderly Conduct.

Feb. 28

Trienel Simone Andrews, 33, of Portsmouth, was arrested at 6:05 a.m. at his home. He was taken into custody on a bench warrant.
