July 25

Richard James Pinkham, 47, of Portsmouth, was arrested at Crossings Court at 1:42 a.m. and charged with Domestic Assault by Strangulation and Weapons other than firearms prohibited.

July 26

Antone Joseph Farias, 26, of Swansea, Mass., was arrested at 10:02 p.m. at the Melville Xtra Mart on West Main Road. He was charged with drug possession (Schedule I,II,III,IV and V).

Jennifer Ruth Moran, 55, of Attleboro, Mass., was arrested at 10:35 p.m. when police responded for an accident on Child Street. She was charged with Driving under the Influence, first offense; and Refusal to submit to a chemical test.

July 27

David Robert Ezell, 37, of Middletown, was stopped at 8:02 a.m. at Portsmouth Plaza on East Main Road. He was taken into custody on a bench warrant.

Horace Manuel Carvalho, 59, of Assoney, Mass., was stopped at 9:43 p.m. on Route 24 South at the Sakonnet Bridge. He was charged with Driving under the Influence, first offense and Refusal to Submit to a chemical test.

July 28

Jamie Rose, 46, of Providence, was arrested at 11:43 p.m. at Potters Cove on Prudence Island and charged with Domestic Simple Assault or Battery.
