Travis Leroy Stedman, 25, of North Stonington, Conn., was stopped at 11:34 p.m. on Boyd's Lane near the Route 24 South off-ramp. He was charged with Driving under the influence, first offense; and Refusal to submit to a chemical test.

March 24

Candace K. Krupka, 38, of Cranston, was stopped at 4:26 a.m. on West Main Road near Scotty Drive She was charged with Driving under the influence, first offense; Refusal to submit to a chemical test; and Driving with an expired license.

Bradley Matthew Kelly, 25, of Newport, was stopped at 1:59 a.m. on Mill Lane at Flintcorn Road and charged with Driving under the influence, first offense.
