Supplies are limited and each individual will receive one test kit after confirming proof of Providence residency. Test kits include two at-home rapid antigen tests. Acceptable forms of residency examples include a driver’s license, Providence municipal ID or current utility bill.

“Test kits are a valuable tool in slowing the spread of COVID-19, and there are many kits available for Providence residents,” said Mayor Elorza. “If you are a resident of a hard hit zip code, please come out, get a test kit and spread the word to your neighbors so we can work together to keep one another safe.”
