Conspiracy, Cocaine, Heroin And Fentanyl Arrests: Cops

4 men were arrested on drug charges Thursday.

PROVIDENCE, RI — A Central Falls man was nabbed on a federal drug conspiracy charge Thursday, state police said.

Jashua Encarnacion, 25, a resident of Lonsdale Avenue, was charged with conspiracy to distribute a controlled substance, according to the state police.

The Rhode Island Violent Fugitive Task Force arrested Encarnacion, the state police said.

"Mr. Encarnacion was taken into custody without incident and transported to the Providence Federal Courthouse," the state police said.

The High Intensity Drug Trafficking Area Task Force, along with the Pawtucket Police Special Squad also arrested two Lincoln men on drug conspiracy charges as well as numerous other drug offenses, according to the state police.

In addition to controlled substance conspiracy, Michael Santiago, 34, and Juan Alamo, 31, who reside at the same address on Railroad Street, were both charged with possession with the intent to deliver fentanyl, possession with the intent to deliver heroin, possession with the intent to deliver cocaine and possession with the intent to deliver marijuana, the state police said.

Santiago and Alamo were "processed at the Lincoln Barracks and turned over to officials at the ACI Intake Center pending his arraignment in Sixth District Court on Monday," according to the state police.

Fentanyl Seized

The HIDTA Task Force on Thursday arrested a Providence man on felony drug charges as well, the state police said.

Alejandro Devers Ducoudray, 46, was charged with possession with the intent to deliver fentanyl, according to the state police.

Ducoudray, a resident of Delaine Street, was "processed at the Lincoln Barracks and turned over to Sixth District Court officials for his afternoon arraignment," the state police said.
