Hit-And-Run Driver Apprehended At Providence Home: Cops

The Providence man was charged with duty to stop resulting in damage to an attended vehicle, police said.

PROVIDENCE, RI — A hit-and-run driver was apprehended at his Providence home, police said.

Jason Paglio, 27, was arrested shortly after 4:30 p.m. Tuesday on a charge of duty to stop resulting in damage to an attended vehicle, the Rhode Island State Police said in a media release.

Paglio was captured at his Algonquin Street home, according to the release.

Paglio was processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks, arraigned and released with a Third District Court arraignment date, the release said.
