Meet RI's Newest Millionaire

PROVIDENCE, RI — Stephen Mackie, of Providence, is Rhode Island's newest millionaire. According to the Rhode Island Lot, he bought the million dollar winning PowerBall® ticket at Sunrise Market, 1222 Smith St. In the drawing Saturday night, Mackie matched all five white balls, but missed the PowerBall® number.

He told the Lottery he plans to "spend his earnings wisely."
