- Beer lovers support one another! Over 300 sympathetic beer lovers poured into Narragansett Beer in Providence Monday night to support Anawan Brewing Company, which burned down in early February. One hundred percent of net proceeds from the evening's event were donated to Anawan, to help get it back on its feet. (WJAR)
- Disrupting a community reading at a Providence library Monday night, Neo-Nazis, carrying a swastika flag, were reportedly hitting the windows with their hands. The police were called to the scene. (WPRI.com)
