After a one-year hiatus, the Scituate Art Festival is returning, and the library is excited to be there with you, October 9-11!

Our Board of Trustees’ book sale will be back and better than ever! Except for the library itself, the book sale is the best way to get your hands on something to read without spending a lot of money – and it supports the library, too. This event wouldn’t be possible without the community’s great donations, our Board, and the time spent by our volunteer book sorters and everyone who signs up to carry the big heavy boxes. Thank you all!

Along with the sale, we’ll have a gathering of writers from the Association of Rhode Island Authors set up in our parking lot with books to sell and sign, and stories to tell. You can come and meet a local writer who might become your new favorite author!
