Jeffrey Michaud: Music lover, Commercial Account Executive

Auburn, MA native spent last years of his life in Greenville.

 

Jeffrey Michaud, 40, of Ruffstone Road, Greenville, died Tuesday, April 9, 2013 surrounded by those who loved him, including his wife, best friend, and soul mate, Melanie Carrier, according to Anderson-Winfield Funeral Home.

He leaves behind his two adored Yorkshire Terriers, Lucy and Ringo. He was the son of Thomas Harrahy of Richmond, VA and the late Doris (Michaud) Harrahy.

Jeff, called Jed by those close to him, grew up in Auburn, MA, where he made and retained many lasting friendships. He graduated from Clark University with a BA in philosophy and psychology in 1996. In 1998, he moved to Rhode Island, a state he grew to love. For many years, he worked as a mortgage broker, eventually establishing a business of his own. Most recently, however, he became a Commercial Account Executive for Tyco Integrated Security in Warwick. Visit the funeral home website for the full obituary.

Jeff was well loved by many. With vitality, enthusiasm, and a big heart, he made a deep impact on all who knew him. With great humor and jest, he lived his life to the fullest attempting to instill and inspire a zest for living in all whom he encountered.
