Monday Five: School Committee, Board Posts Open, Jobs, Facebook

School Committee - The Smithfield School Committee meets today, 7 p.m., at Smithfield High School. Among the things on their agenda is the approval of 2013-2014 budget cuts.

Board post openings - The town is seeking members to serve on the Sewer Authority, Historic Preservation Commission, Affordable Housing Advisory Board, and Financial Review Commission. Interested parties should submit a letter of interest to the Town Manager’s Office, 64 Farnum Pike, Smithfield, RI 02917 along with an application form.  A letter of interest may contain your interest or experience in the field of each particular board or commission that you are applying for and, optionally, résumé information.

Audubon Jobs - The Audubon Society of RI is looking to fill a Sr. Director of Philanthropy position, among other jobs. Polish up that resume!
