State Police Log: Woman Nabbed on Court Warrant in Smithfield Case
The Rhode Island State Police posted the following information on the department's website. Where an arrest is noted, it does not indicate an conviction.
Rhode Island State Police reported the arrest of a Johnston woman on a warrant issued by Third District Court, Warwick, stemming from a charge filed by Smithfield Police.
Troopers arrested Crystal Vizcaino, 30, of 5 Greenville Ave., Johnston, at about 11 am on Sept. 28 on charges of driving with a suspended license and failing to appear at a court hearing on one count of receiving stolen goods brought by Smithfield Police.

Vizcaino had pleaded no contest to the charge in July, and Judge Joseph Houlihan sentenced her to a one-year suspended sentence and one year's probation. She is next due in court on Oct. 19.
