State Trooper Log: Failing to Appear on Suspended License Charges
The following information was provided by the RI State Police. An arrest does not indicate a conviction.
SCITUATE BARRACKS
At 12:04 p.m., Troopers arrested Brenda Arnold, age 33, of 202 Carleton St. Providence, RI for Superior Court Bench Warrant on the original charge of Embezzlement Under $100 originating out of the Smithfield Police Department.
Arnold was transported to the Headquarters, processed, and later transported to Providence Superior Court for arraignment.
WICKFORD BARRACKSOn Thursday Sept. 5, At 12:26 a.m., Troopers arrested Justin Lacasse, 24, of 22 Birchwood Dr., North Providence, Rhode Island on a Second Division District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Ability to Pay on the original charge of Driving with a Suspended License out of State Police – Portsmouth.

Lacasse was processed at the Wickford Barracks and later turned over to the Adult Correctional Institution's Intake Center.
